30-Day Return Window
Gelato Machine Commercial offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Equipment must be unused and free of damage
- Original shipping is free and non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for non-defective returns
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@gelatomachinecommercial.com or call +1 (925) 266-9900 within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked on the package
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
