Gelato Machine Commercial offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements — every item ships free.
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Commercial gelato and ice cream equipment is heavy and ships via freight carrier. Deliveries include curbside delivery. Please ensure adequate access for delivery trucks.
Liftgate service is available upon request at no additional charge. Inside delivery may be arranged for an additional fee — contact us before ordering if you require this service.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@gelatomachinecommercial.com or call +1 (925) 266-9900. Take photos of the damage and retain all packaging materials. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
